With our PC-to-Phone service you can call from your
PC to any regular or mobile telephone in the world
and enjoy our low calling rates per minute, regardless

need to have speakers + microphone or a computer headset/handset,

that I can not call?
Calls cannot be made to:
911, emergency services, 411, directory assistance,
operator assistance, 900, caller-pays services.
Can I receive incoming
calls when I am using PC-to-Phone Prepaid?
No, you cannot receive incoming calls to your PC. You
can only make calls from your PC.
What operating system
do I need in my PC?
The PC-to-Phone Dialer can be downloaded on Windows
95, 98, 2000, ME and NT. Pipeline recommends using Windows
2000 or XP for best audio performance.
How to operate PC-to-Phone
behind a firewall?
Versions 1.7.0 and higher have solved all firewall connectivity
problems. If you are using an older version, we highly
recommend that you upgrade
