PC-TO-PHONE
Fully integrated into the VSO program is our own version of PC-To-Phone allowing you to take advantage of the extraordinary low costs of IP origination. We provide you with a full-featured dialer that customers download from the Internet that includes online call history, phone book and many other features. SMS WIRELESS CALLBACK
This application is targeted for the mobile phone user allowing them to text message the switch to initiate a call between their wireless phone and any other land or mobile phone in the world. Once the message is received, the switch then calls both parties back simultaneously so they can talk. Because this is integrated into the VSO platform you can set all rates, fees, pin decrement options.

WEB CALL BACK
A high-tech version of international call back. Users simply go to your Web Call site, and enter their user name/password. Once logged in they can initiate calls by simply typing in the number they want to talk from and the number they want to talk to – anywhere in the world. The platform receives the instructions and then simultaneously calls back both parties allowing them to talk. Each account is issued a pin # which you control decrementing.

IP PHONES
Using broadband Internet connection like DSL or Cable, users simply plug-in an IP Device and any regular telephone allowing them to initiate and receive IP phone calls. Each IP device can be assigned a phone number (DID) from anywhere in the U.S. or even international numbers. For example, one could assign a Hong Kong DID to the device that is in New York, allowing calls from Hong Kong to be rated as a local phone call. Additionally, the VSO IP Solution can totally replace the need for local telephone service from the RBOC or CLEC as it offers an “all-distance” solution of local, long distance and international calling at a fraction of traditional costs.

PHONE CARD WEBSITES
If you are, or want to sell online, then the VSO program is your best partner as we offer a fully integrated API that allows your online retail site to offer features like instant pin recharges, instant ANI recognition (pin-free dialing), call history display and much more. PROMOTIONAL CARDS
A specialty, VSO customers can produce their own promotional phone card products, generating pins in any denomination and customizing each program with pre and post pin announcements. VSO customers also benefit from the significant breakage associated with promotional cards as they only pay for actual minutes consumed, vs. total pin value.

POSTPAID LONG DISTANCE
Particularly suited for subscription long distance plans, your VSO account can provide all the billing tools and call detail records for both domestic and international post-paid long distance services. For online web sales, VSO customers can present in real-time full customer CDR and billing data.

TANDEM WHOLESALE TERMINATION
If you want to sell international routes or your own, or resell our existing routes the VSO platform fully supports wholesale tandem termination. Your wholesale customers can send calls through your VSO account to terminate anywhere in the world based on your routing instructions. Tandem comes complete with full CDR and billing functions.

INTERNATIONAL RE-DIRECT
With this feature you can issue domestic (USA) toll-free numbers which when called will terminate to any phone in the world, land or mobile. This re-direct product has broad applications for both personal and business use and can be set up in minutes through your VSO access.

POSA
You can integrate any existing point-of-sale-activation system with your VSO account. We have complete API’s written specifically for POSA and will work with your programmers to establish and maintain a direct interface with the platform for the activation and recharge of products sold through electronic terminals.

CLEC’S
Competitive Local Exchange Carriers who offer prepaid dialtone service to the sub-prime market have found great success in bundling a long distance product with their local service either as a new customer sign-up incentive or as a new revenue/profit center. The VSO account can work with all CLEC blocking and programmed to provide restricted long distance usage through a combination of ANI recognition and metered billing.

PSP’S
